    We do our best to keep Terz.am safe, but we cannot guarantee it.
  1. Privacy
    Your privacy is very important to us. When you sign up for Terz.am you provide us with your details that is kept strictly confidential, except username, name and profile picture, which is shown to other players and do not have privacy settings. If you are uncomfortable with sharing your profile picture, you should not add one. You're not forced to choose such profile picture which is necessarily is your real photo, instead you can freely pick whatever avatar you want, which does not violets any rights or copyright rules of owner of that picture.
  2. Safety
    1. Don't send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on Terz.am.
    2. Don't collect users' content or information, or otherwise access Terz.am, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers).
    3. Don't upload viruses or other malicious code.
    4. Don't post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
    5. Do nothing that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of Terz.am, such as a denial of service attack.
    6. Don't create more than one personal profile.
    7. We reserve the right to remove or reclaim your username if we believe appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate to a user's actual name, or username is almost the same as one of the administrators username).
    8. You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.
  3. Other
    1. Don't play on a same table with more that one account, unless you're not a site developer or administrator, which does that from debugging or bug fixing perspectives.
    2. Don't do any activity which will allow you to falsely increase your rating points.
    3. Don't act on behalf of the site administrators, if you are not an administrator.
    4. Don't do anything artificial to increase your chips, days, ranking points.
    5. We reserve the right to remove chips, days, rating, that were acquired artificially or because of the system error
    6. Don't ask for passwords of other users.
    7. Don't post any kind of misleading advertisement content.
    8. This statement is active from the moment of it's publication and even, if you registered before, you should carefully read and accept this Statement in order to continue playing on Terz.am. If you disagreee with nay of the points in this Statement, you should contact site admnistration during 1 week period starting from June 23, so your account will be deleted or blocked. If we'll not receive such request, we assume that you've read and accept the current Statement.
    9. You will comply with all applicable laws when using or accessing Terz.am.
    10. Registration on Terz.am is free. But we do not guarantee that all of its features will always be free.
  4. Protecting Other People's Rights
    We respect other people's rights, and expect you to do the same. You will not post content or take any action on Terz.am that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.
  5. Disputes
    1. If you violate the letter or spirit of this Statement we may delete your account or temporary diable it without prior notification to you.
    2. Terz.am is not responsible for any kind of disputs between site users, and encourages to be respectfull to each other and doesn't provides any kind of information to both parts of disput.
    3. We try to keep terz.am up, bug-free, and safe, but you use it at your own risk. we are providing terz.am "as is" without any express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. we do not guarantee that terz.am will be safe or secure. we will not be liable to you for any lost profits or other consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with this statement or terz.am.
